Information you share
The estimate form collects your name, preferred contact method, contact details, project location, selected service, and any optional project details or photos. It also records referral information when available.
Drafts and uploaded photos
Contact details are saved as you type, before you press Submit. Project details are saved as you reach those steps. M&C administrators can see these incomplete requests. Selecting photos does not upload them; photos upload when you submit the request.
How the information is used
M&C uses your information to discuss your project, prepare an estimate, follow up, and manage the request. Requests and photos are stored using Google Firebase services. Authorized administrators can access request details and private project photos.
Website usage counts
We record daily totals for page categories, language, call clicks, and estimate-form progress in our Firebase project. These usage counts do not include your name, contact information, form text, photos, full page URLs, or a visitor identifier. They do not use analytics cookies. Technical hosting logs and hashed network identifiers used to limit abuse are separate from these totals.

You can turn usage counts off below. We also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these counts. Your choice is stored in this browser. Necessary storage, including administrator sign-in cookies, is separate; changing this preference does not delete estimate requests.
Questions about your information
Contact M&C using the email below to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or discuss deletion of an incomplete or completed request. Include enough detail to identify your request; do not send passwords.
